Same-Day Local Delivery

Local delivery is available to eligible addresses within five miles of The Watford Store, 2–4 Watford Road, Cotteridge, Birmingham B30 1JA. You can order at any time. The radius is measured as a straight-line geographic distance from the shop, not driving mileage. Enter your address at checkout to see local delivery availability and the charge for your order.

There is no minimum order value. The local delivery charge is applied once per order, including orders with multiple products. No free-delivery threshold applies to local delivery.

When will my local order arrive?

Orders placed before 8:00 PM Monday to Saturday, or before 4:00 PM on Sunday, are delivered the same day when the address and items are eligible. Orders placed at or after the relevant cut-off are delivered on the next operating day. We operate every day, including Sunday. Cut-off times follow the Europe/London timezone and change automatically between GMT and BST.

We arrange the delivery after you order. Shopify checkout does not let you book a delivery date or exact time. Deliveries can take place after the shop closes, and an exact arrival time is not guaranteed.
