2. Using our website

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must use the website lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, security or availability.

3. Products and availability

We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly between screens. All products are subject to availability. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including your right to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown before you place your order. Payment must be made using a payment method offered at checkout.

5. Orders and our contract

When you submit an order, you are offering to buy the products in your basket. We will acknowledge your order by email, but a contract is formed only when we confirm that the order has been accepted or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid.

6. Delivery and collection

Available delivery and collection options, charges and estimated times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or collected by you (or by a person you nominate).

7. Cancellation and returns

If you are a consumer buying online, you normally have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel, followed by 14 days to return them. We also offer an additional voluntary 30-day free returns policy, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy. Certain goods may be excluded from cancellation rights where the law permits, including personalised goods, sealed hygiene-sensitive goods once unsealed, and perishable goods. These exceptions do not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Nothing in our policies excludes or limits your statutory rights.

9. Our responsibility

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to this, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses suffered by a consumer.

The content of this website, including text, images, logos and design elements, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
