Refund policy
30-Day Free Returns
We offer free returns on eligible online orders when you ask to return an item within 30 days of delivery. This includes items you no longer need or have changed your mind about.
Please take reasonable care of the item while it is in your possession and return it with any accessories and, where possible, its original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions. For eligible returns covered by our 30-day policy, we will cover the reasonable cost of standard return postage.
Change-of-Mind Returns After 30 Days
We do not normally accept change-of-mind returns after 30 days. We may agree to a later return as a goodwill gesture at our discretion. If we do, you may be responsible for the return postage cost. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have if the item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, not as described or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights, please contact us as soon as possible. Your legal rights for faulty goods are separate from our 30-day change-of-mind policy and can continue after 30 days.
Where UK consumer law requires us to do so, we will cover reasonable return costs and provide the appropriate remedy, which may include a refund, repair or replacement depending on the circumstances and how long you have had the item.
Refunds and Inspection
For returns made under our voluntary 30-day policy outside any statutory cancellation period, we will normally issue the refund after we have received the item back and checked its condition.
Where a statutory cancellation right applies to an online order, we will always process the refund within the time limits required by UK law. The law can require us to refund after we receive the goods back or, if earlier, after you provide evidence that you have sent them back.
For statutory online cancellations, we will also refund the standard outbound delivery charge where required by law. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, any refund of delivery charges is limited to the cost of our standard delivery service.
If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may make a deduction from the refund where UK law allows us to do so.
For faulty-item claims, we may inspect the item to confirm the issue and the appropriate remedy. We will not use inspection to restrict your statutory rights or delay a refund beyond any legal deadline.
Refunds are normally made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
